All of our beef is processed and vacuum sealed at a USDA facility in Johnson City, Texas, and all our beef is USDA inspected,
with “actual weight” displayed on the package. You actually get to see your cuts of beef through the vacuum sealed package.
(Our prices are competitive with other local All-Natural Beef Producers.)
